Calender ImageWelcome to the appointment page for the U.S. Embassy Ankara’s American Citizen Services Unit!

All customers are required to make an appointment for routine American Citizen Services. Routine services include: Passport Applications, Reports of Birth Abroad, Notarial Services, or for other American Citizen Services Unit related inquiries.

In order to provide more effective customer service, you must make an appointment before visiting our American Citizen Services Unit.  Our appointment system allows our customers to plan their visit in advance, ensure shorter wait times, and allow more efficient handling of individual cases.

What to bring:
Please be sure to print your confirmation page and bring it with you to your appointment.  Also please be sure you have completed the required paperwork and bring it with you to your appointment.  The tabs on the left will direct you to the necessary forms.  After you schedule your online appointment, you will receive an email containing instructions and documentation requirements.

Izmir:
To apply for American Citizen Services such as U.S. passports, birth reports, and notarial services in Izmir, please call +90-232-464-8755 to schedule an appointment for a Monday or Tuesday. We will not respond to queries about Immigrant and Nonimmigrant visas.
