Applicants Under 14
Step 1: Do you need an appointment?
Applicants under the age of 14 do not need to appear in person for an interview or finger printing. One of the child’s parents should schedule an interview appointment and at least one parent must appear for an interview on behalf of his/her child. Parents should bring the following documents with them to the interview:
- Valid passport for their child A copy of the child's family certificate DS-160 - printed confirmation page (must be submitted via Internet at kleast two business days before their visa interview). One photo - if you couldn't upload your photo to your electronic application form - if you couldn't upload your photo to your electronic application form
- Please visit http://turkey.usembassy.gov/step_5.html for photo requirements. Additional supporting documents may be necessary depending on visa classification*
- Receipt for visa application fee paid to a TEB Bank (Türk Ekonomi Bankası) branch
*J-2 applicants need a DS-2019 form and F-2 applicants need an I-20 form.
