US EMBASSY AND THE SEVDA/CENAP AND FOUNDATION SPONSOR PERFORMANCE OF THE AGORA LATIN JAZZ QUARTET

Ankara, January 31, 2006 

The Embassy of the United States of America, in cooperation with the Sevda/Cenap And Foundation, is pleased to sponsor a performance of the Agora Latin Jazz Quartet.  The Agora Latin Jazz Quartet features Clay Ross on guitar, Solomon Dorsey on bass, Nate Shaw on keyboard, and Scott Kettner on drums.  These talented musicians hail from New York, South Carolina, Florida, and Missouri, and have recorded many critically acclaimed albums both as individual artists and as a group.  The concert will be held on February 1, 2006 at 8:30 pm in the MEB Şura hall in Beşevler.  Tickets are available from Biletix (http://www.biletix.com/) or at the door.  Regular price tickets are 15 YTL, and student tickets are 7.5 YTL.
