US Embassy Statement

Ankara, May 9, 2006. 

Iranian National Security Council General Secretary Ali Larijani claimed during his visit to Ankara yesterday that US officials have had discussions with the PKK in Mosul and Kirkuk.  The United States does not negotiate with terrorists.  There have been no such discussions.
