Non-immigrant services are provided in Ankara and Istanbul by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment for a non-immigrant visa or to ask general application questions please contact the Visa Information Service at +90 212-340-4444. 

Immigrant visa services are provided only in Ankara. 

Urgent/Emergency Travel
For expedited appointments for urgent business travel and medical emergencies, call the Visa Information Service at +90 212-340-4444 and schedule the first available appointment, then fax a document that proves the emergency along with your contact information.  For applicants with an appointment in Ankara fax to +90 312-466-1586. For applicants with an appointment in Istanbul fax to +90 212-335-9094. We will consider this information and will contact you promptly if an immediate interview can be arranged.

NON-IMMIGRANT VISA FEE
Application fee for non-immigrant visa to the United States of America is $131.  It is payable at any Fortis Bank branch. The bank will give you a receipt for your payment, and you must include the receipt as part of your application. This is an application fee; it is not refunded if you do not receive a visa.  Only diplomatic passport holders regardless of their purpose of travel to the U.S. and government officials and their accompanying eligible family members traveling to the United States to perform solely governmental functions may be exempted from paying non-immigrant visa application fee.
