YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED!!!

The 4th of July Celebration for the American community will be held on Saturday, July 1st at ASF Balgat, Ankara.  Gate opens at 4:00 and closes at 6:00.  In order to attend the event, ALL expatriate Americans MUST register with ERA by June 17th.  Entry requirements for the event are extremely strict so please read the below "Independence Day Celebration 2006" information very carefully.  E-mail your questions or concerns to leducej@state.gov You need to register with ERA by e-mailing leducej@state.gov

A FEW NOTES OF CLARIFICATION : 
ERA is the Employee Recreation Association for the US Embassy, Ankara.  We are happy to bring you our annual Community July 4th Celebration.

“Tickets” and “Bracelets” are the same thing.  You will receive a bracelet(s) when you pay to wear the day of the event.

Please stop by the US Embassy Main Gate, just off Ataturk Blv, to purchase your entrance bracelets, beginning Monday May 22nd.

Bracelets / Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be sold up until June 30th.
THE US PASSPORT HOLDER MUST BRING HIS / HER  PASSPORT TO THE
JULY 4th EVENT & ALL FAMILY MEMBERS MUST BRING U.S. PASSPORTS or KIMLIKS FOR IDENTIFICATION.

Ex-patriot Americans registered with the Warden System must sign up with the ERA by June 17th to be placed on the access list for the event.
