UPDATE ON INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION!!
The last day to register for the Independence Day Celebration is close of business on June 22nd .
However, tickets will be sold up to Friday June 30th, only to those who have responded with full information by June 23rd.
Please remember you must register with the ERA in order to attend this great family event. You need to email name, passport and or kimlik number to mailto:leducej@state.gov.

Independence Day Celebration 2006
Please note that there have been two major changes to the previous information:
· The gate is now open from 4 pm – 7 pm for entry.
· The registration deadline is now Close of Business, Thur June 22 2006.
Event Day & Place:
Saturday July 1st – ASF Balgat, Ankara
Turkocagi Sok / American Yolu
Event Time: Entry is 4:00 – 7:00 pm only
Cost: $5.00 / 7.50 TL Adults 13+
$3.00 / 4.50 Kids 7-13
0-6 Free
Maximum Paid by Any Family is $25.00 / 37.50 TL
A FEW NOTES OF CLARIFICATION: ERA is the Employee Recreation Association for the US Embassy, Ankara.
We are happy to bring you our Annual Community July 4th Celebration.
Expatriate Americans registered with the Warden System must sign up with the ERA by June 23rd to be placed on the access list for the event.
Please bring your confirmation email when you come to the Embassy to purchase your bracelet. You will receive a confirmation email after you have registered with the ERA and given all the passport, names, kimlik information needed.
THE US PASSPORT HOLDER MUST BRING HIS / HER PASSPORT TO THE
JULY 4th EVENT & ALL FAMILY MEMBERS MUST BRING U.S. PASSPORTS or KIMLIKS FOR IDENTIFICATION.
“Tickets” and “Bracelets” are the same thing. You will receive a bracelet(s) when you pay to wear the day of the event.
Please stop by the US Embassy Main Gate, just off Ataturk Blv, to purchase your entrance bracelets- Monday June 5th through Friday June 30th.
Bracelets / Tickets will not be sold at the door on July 1st.
