YES Alumni Lead Access English Camp in Turkey

10 alumni from the Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program worked as counselors at a two week (July 5-18) residential summer camp hosted by the Turkish Education Association (TED) college and the Office of Public Affairs of the US Embassy in Karabuk, Turkey. The two-week program included a variety of activities ranging from drama and art to sports and team building activities. Daily English lessons were provided by the teachers who applied the innovative interactive methods they learned during the teacher training program.
